The fantastic new book Yoga Student Handbook: Develop Your Knowledge of Yoga Principles and Practice has just been released and I am really proud to have contributed two large chapters. The first chapter is on everything related to breath and why yoga is essentially a breathing practice while the second chapter looks at intelligent movement principals and then applies these in depth to 12 key yoga asanas.
